Covid Practicalities

General
  • Please join this workshop with a partner with whom you form a household.
  • Workshop space is minimally 70 m2, well ventilated, has 3 bathrooms and enough space to pass each other maintaining 1,5 m distance.
  • Workshop will have a maximum of 6 couples, so enough personal space is guaranteed.
  • You’re only welcome to join the workshop if both you and all members in your household are free of covid or covid-related symptoms like coughing, sore throat, cold, fever, etc.

During the workshop
  • We will keep 1,5 m distance at all times, between couples and with teachers.
  • Upon entrance of the room we all disinfect our hands; also after each time we have left the room.
  • We will ventilate the room, even when the outside air is cold, so bring a sweater and thick socks.
  • Wearing a face mask is optional. Teachers will not wear one, unless explicitly askes to do so by participants.
  • Follow the regular covid protocol (coughing and sneezing in elbow, using disposable tissues, etc).
  • Bring your own water bottle and snack.
  • Bring your own material (rope, mat to sit on, etc).

Before & after the workshop
  • Please refrain from partaking in any higher risk activities, the 10 days before the workshop takes place (such as indoor parties, gatherings with many people, touching many different people).
  • You will receive an information email after buying your ticket, and will then be asked to conform you have read these guidelines.
  • Upon arrival at the workshop, you will be asked to fill out a form asking about possible symptoms, and for your personal information (real name, email and phone number). These will be stored for 10 days only and then deleted.
  • Upon buying a ticket, you agree to inform the workshop host in case you test positive for covid in the 10 days after the workshop. All participants will then be personally informed.

In case of covid-like symptoms
  • In case you notice any symptoms, you stay home. If you cancel up to 30 hours before the event, you’ll receive your money back (since we can invite a couple from the waiting list). If you cancel within 24 hours before the event, you will only be compensated if another couple can take your place that last-minute (no guarantees).
  • If you do show up displaying symptoms like coughing or having a running nose, the organizer will ask you to immediately leave (no money back).
