Terms & Conditions

​The following Terms and Conditions apply to all the workshops by Butterfly Bondage.
By buying a ticket for a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy for workshops
If you’ve bought a ticket for a workshop and you won't be able to join after all (for any reason, including illness): 

  • If you cancel at least 8 weeks before the workshop takes place, 80% of the ticket cost will be refunded. E-mail Butterfly to request a refund.

  • If you cancel at least 4 weeks before the workshop takes place, 50% of the ticket cost will be refunded. E-mail Butterfly to request a refund.

  • Cancellation requests within 4 weeks before the event will not be accredited. The ticket fee will not be refunded. It’s also not possible to receive a ‘credit’ or discount for another workshop. However, you are welcome to give or sell your ticket to another couple (for the same price you paid) and you will then inform Butterfly by e-mail about who is attending in your place.


Cancellation Policy for workshops

  • In case Butterfly needs to cancel a workshop on a specific date (for personal reasons, illness, etc), an alternative date for the workshop will be announced. Your ticket remains valid for the workshop on the specified new date. In case you want to cancel your ticket, the Refund policy stated above is valid.

  • In case Butterfly needs to cancel a workshop (for personal reasons, illness, etc) and won’t be able to reschedule the workshop, the event will officially be cancelled and you receive the refund in your account automatically (from Ticketkantoor).

 
Cancellation Policy for exceptional circumstances

  • In case Butterfly needs to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond her control (such as government regulations, venue bankruptcy, etc), an alternative date for the workshop will be announced as soon as possible. Your ticket remains valid for the workshop on the specified new date (possibly in another venue). In case you want to cancel your ticket, the Refund policy stated above is valid.

  • In case Butterfly needs to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond her control (such as government regulations, venue bankruptcy, etc) and won’t be able to reschedule the workshop, the event will officially be cancelled and you receive the refund in your account automatically (from Ticketkantoor).

  • In case a workshop isn’t cancelled but requires certain specific measures (f.e. by government policy), refunds are not granted when everyone is, in principle, able to meet those measures. Butterfly does not engage in discussions about the content of those measures, but will follow government policy at all times.
